You are lucky, Demi Moore does have a sexy voice. Usually when I am sick I sound more like Marge Simpson!!!!

You’ve been sick for 5 weeks? Nooooooo….I’m only at 3, and I want it to be over.
Hope you have an excellent conference! I also hope that we see pictures of said boas in action. Preferably not worn to just clean toilets.

1: Number of phone calls I received from the Vice Principal about my son’s “poor 8th grade choices)
0: Number of times said 8th grader claimed responsibility for the incident.
12: Number of times I wondered if I could start drinking at 9 AM and just not stop until the day was over.
.5: Number of glasses of wine I ACTUALLY consumed because I was too emotionally exhausted from the day.
Sigh. I’d rather do 4 hours of grading AND clean 4 toilets.

Ha. It’s the 20th anniversary of the Surrey International Writers’ Conference, hence the 1920s theme.
